Shipping

You can see your tracking number in your delivery confirmation via email. It may be in your junk/spam folder. We recommend that you use our internal tracking service as PostNord's tracking service is not always equal. You can find it here:

We currently have no customer support by phone. We always respond within 48 hours.

While waiting for someone in our customer support to return to you, double check that you confirmed the following.

- Check with other members of your household and the nearest neighbor to see if anyone may have taken care of the package.

- Check your mailbox carefully - sometimes packages can be accommodated in the box and left there instead of being delivered to the door. Postnord may also have left a note that your package should be picked up on a representative.

Products sent from our warehouse in Sweden normally arrive within 1-2 working days.

Products sent from our warehouse in China normally arrive within 5-9 working days.

Return

To start a return, go to the Retu form you find here. Then you get a prepaid shipping note sent to you which you then submit to the nearest PostNord representative. Goods returned to us without first requesting return will not be accepted. 

Your return must come back to our warehouse within 14 days from the date on which your package was delivered. It is your responsibility for the return to arrive.

Normally, we can usually cancel orders within 24 hours of order. Contact us at hjalp@atomictthrills.se and we will help you cancel your order.

For faster assistance, please provide:

* Order number

* Email address

* Shipment Address If Order Number is Unknown

When complaining for a defective product, we need a video or image to prove this. You will email this together with your order number to hjalp@nordiclivingco.com.

Then you get a brand new item, completely free!
